## Keep the hot water flowing while spending less

#### Save up to $500 on gas water heaters and $15 on showerheads

Don’t let your money go down the drain — make every drop count! Upgrading to a qualifying energy-efficient water heater can cut energy usage up to 30% and save you as much as $50 annually on gas bills. And New Mexico Gas Company rebates make it easy to make the switch.

## How to get your rebate

#### Work with a participating contractor

**Step 1**
Find a participating contractor through our [online tool](https://customer.efficiencynavigator.com/FindContractor?clientId=86).

**Step 2**
Work with them to complete the project.

**Step 3**
You or your contractor then submits your application.

#### Do it yourself

**Step 1**
Purchase your qualifying equipment.

**Step 2**
Apply for your rebate online or download the application and submit via email or mail.
